Mommy's 55th birthday

Our beloved just hit her 55th age and we celebrated her birthday at Brick Fire, in Taytay Highway.

We came a bit late due to the fact that I came home late. I came from Manila, so that's explain why I am late.

The Menu

Upon entering the restaurant, the place reminds me of the diners featured at Food Network. The place was cozy, a typical American Restaurant with a bit of classic in it.

Our Parents

This was the second time we ate at Brick Fire. The food were all good. This time I tried their dish called "Chopper".
Chopper

It was a well done pork chop with veggies as side dish and of course with gravy. So yummy ;)

By the way, their gravy tastes good. I dare you to try it.

Mashed potato

They also served us mashed potato. Look how classy and presentable they did to the mashed potato. Once you taste it, you will surely ask for more.

We tried their oriental salad. There was this crispy yet sweet brown thing on top of it. The salad was really good. Aside fro its taste, they arranged it in a attractive manner.

Next was the Cow girl Annie, my brother (next to me) and sister enjoyed this dish. It contains mashed potato, well done beef with sweet sauce.

The mac and cheese have this creamy cheese kind of
flavor.  Aside from this, we also had the creamy
broccoli as our appetizers. It was mixed with carrots
that's good for the health.

My brother, Abet and our Dad tried the dish called
Duke (grilled beef with rice and sauce).

The birthday celebrant had the fish since she's claiming she is on the diet.

For the dessert the 4 of us had the strawberry ice cream with chocolate syrup. So sweet yet refreshing that could drive away all the summer heat!
