Love Making. Foreplay.

When I was still studying Nursing, sex was said to be the best exercise ever.
Oh no........recalling those events now makes me feel a little dumb about myself.
You see, in those years sex was something we should not talk about at home. But at school, sex was like a candy that was very "in- demand" topic. Those fellow students who kept talking about how active they were and how many partners they had been nailed down to the very core of this realm.
They even bragged that "it" thing to their circle of friends as if it was some kind of fashion statement.
One time, in one of our subjects, our male classmate reported a topic about sexual positions. At that time, I was hardly listening since the sexual acts were getting in my nerves. i felt like my ears and eyes don't want to participate at all. In my amazement, this classmate of mine announced my name in the whole class! Imagine my humiliation at that very moment.
Then our Professor looked at me with a motherly understanding that I am not comfortable with that topic. So she told to our classmate that the topic he was discussing was a sensitive case.
The next thing I knew was all of my classmates were looking at me with bitterness. After the class, the "hype/ scumbags" classmates of mine confronted me and told me that "we are a nursing students, we should not be ashamed about our sexuality!"
A good friend of mine told me gently that as a future nurse we should be professional whenever that topic would be discussed.
True enough, during our internship in the OB Ward, some patients were interrogating us about the best sexual position to do since they wanted to make love with their respective partners.
During our class in Maternal and Child Health Nursing, our Professor shared to us that even pregnant women during the 1st trimester and 3rd trimester their libido were at its peak. She suggested that there should be a proper positioning to support the growing fetus.
I told to myself that I should also grow up a bit and familiarize myself about sex. After all God made sex for procreation and intimacy.
For couples, especially those who are having a hard time "getting jiggy with it", the experts (including us) suggest that there should be a foreplay.
In a foreplay to be successful, first the husband should help his wife in cooking dinner; second, the husband should display a flirting moment with his wife during diner; third, the husband should help in washing the dishes. Finally, inside the bedroom release what should be released!
Kidding aside though, men are more energetic towards sex. They are easily aroused. Whereas women, we need a more time to be on the mood.
Another thing, it is also advisable to watch x-rated films or browse a pornographic magazines to have a success story.
Sometimes, using an aromatic massage oil like ilang-ilang can aid in boosting your partner's libido.
A single lady like me and practicing abstinence, still have to wait for the right man to come in the right time. Until such time I would finally use my "procreation gift" hmmm.....what happens in the first night stays at night...
