Outing at Eagle's Point, Anilao, Batangas

\

We stayed in Eagle's Point at Anilao, Batangas for 2 days and one night. The place was very rejuvenating.

We left the bus at the main entrance of the resort, since it was a narrow road.

While waiting for the shuttle we had picture taking of ourselves.

Upon arriving at the resort, we headed towards the dining room exclusively reserved for us.

Right after we ate lunch, we explored the place.

Three of the Grade School hunks

This is located on the right side of the resort

There are some crabs and school of fish visible in this area

Here are some of the private rooms of the resort
After touring the place, we checked our rooms to relax after the long trip.

My fellow grade school teachers

The bedroom assigned to us  was good for 6 persons.

This room is connected to our room.
There was a bathroom for each room.

Looks like a semi- tree house to me.

After dinner, we had a blast. Each table would choose one representative to sing in the videoke challenge.

In the morning around 7:30 am, we boarded the boat that would take us to Sepoc Island.

Inside look of the boat

The waters and the sky seemed so peaceful.

Hello Sunshine!

Low tide in the early Friday morning.

Let the photos speak for themselves.

Appreciate the God-given nature, this is a good place for connecting yourself to Mother Earth.

In every place I go, the clouds formation really fascinates me. Aside from predicting the weather, the clouds sometimes showcase the mood of its viewer.

At the boat deck,  while this photo of mine was taken, the resort staffs reported that there were some dolphins seen splashing nearby. Too bad, I wasn't able to take a photo of them.

Sepoc Island here we come!

This cloud formation reminded me of the Chinese Dragon symbol for prosperity.

The isolated island

We were having a short legend/ myth about this round part of the island. For us this was the foot part of the mountain. If you were going to take a good look, the mountain where this was connected seemed a woman laying down and this was her foot part.

This was the head part and the chest of the woman.

The thigh part

The cool  cold water, this area was said to be nice spot for scuba diving.

If only my camera phone have a larger pixel, definitely I would nominate this one in the  photo contest of the National Geographic.

There was a small cave in this area. The coral reefs were so beautiful and so rich in natural resources.

A small boat used for fishing. Fishing is the main livelihood of the local residents.

Closer look of the white beach

Arrival at the shore line, some of us immediately toured and swam.

Looking for a suitable place for team building? This is the rightful place you've been looking for.

The obstacles/ drills that you may use during your company team  building.

Magnificent plant seen so far in the place.

Holding area/ Cottage suitable for parties and conference

Life guard post or watch tower

This was one of the white beach that simply amazes me.

Snorkel anyone? Using this water equipment the fare rate was Php 100/hour.

Aren't they beautiful?

Sedimentary rocks

Watch out for the rocks that have sharp edges.

Trying my best to climb this huge pile of sedimentary rocks but did not succeed.

After the three hours of surfing the waters of Sepoc Island we headed back to Eagle's Point Resort to pack our bags.

This would be one of my memorable adventures this summer of 2013.

Indeed having a vacation could connect to your deepest soul -----thanking and appreciating the wonders of this world which God endowed to us.
