POV CDRAMA: THE BEST THING
The Best Thing was the third Chinese drama that I watched earlier this year. This was one of the best drama I watched so far after The First Frost.

One of the scenes which I like the most was when Su Ye asked Xi Fan to lie down on the clinic bed. The camera men knew their assignment. They captured the whole scene perfectly. Su Ye had this sort of charisma of attracting women for his looks with an underlying tranquil of all ears to someone talking did not matter if the subject was boring.
The narrative was a bit unique like I never watched before. I admire how the script did not make it into just another rom-com story.

The narrative of the drama took place in a neighborhood of both the female and male leads. Shen Xi Fan, the female lead, working as a hotel manager while He Su Ye, the male lead, was a young acupuncturist. Xi Fan suffers from insomnia so at the consistent demand of her father, she went to the nearby clinic for some therapy.
I, too, got mesmerized by He Su Ye's looks. It seemed that the heavens open its' gate and brought down a man for me. But of course, he only exist in the fictional world.
He Su Ye became Xi Fan's safe haven after she broke up with her long time boyfriend due to their disposition in life. What was amazing about Su Ye, he never belittles Xi Fan's career nor her dream of furthering her hotel management skills overseas.

When he confessed his love for Xi Fan and the latter refused. He did not force it, he allowed her to heal completely. He also made sure that he was always there to comfort, listen and protect her when she felt vulnerable. He always kept his low - profile background although he came from a wealthy family.
At the last episode, I personally found it touching that the producer managed to leave a short message to all the viewers to keep believe that in the right time the right one will come to love and accept you for what you are. https://www.iq.com/drama?lang=en_us
