Way back in 2013-2014 a doctor diagnosed me with arrhythmia. It means there is an irregularity of heart beat patter. The heart beat could be too quickly, or too slow. So he prescribed me Stress tabs and vitamins. He indicated that having it would be lifetime.

100/60 is my normal blood pressure, during those times wherein I could feel pain in my chest my blood pressure goes slightly up, sometimes to 120/80. That rate is not normal for me. it is already too high for me bear.
Lately, through research on youtube.com and Google.com, I found out that Omega 3 can also help those with poly cystic ovaries like me to regulate the sex hormones and blood sugar.
