Kaiser International Health is a 3 in 1 health plan. The company offers health care, pension and investment.
The plan is payable in 7 years with a compounding interest. In case of emergency such as sudden death and being unable to pay the policy due to paralysis the POLICY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PAID IN FULL.

You can also pay the policy in spot cash. Meaning to say, if you have the resources to pay it in full you may do so.
After 7 years of paying or waiting time, Kaiser will issue an ATM Visa card for you. You may use it for emergency cases or personal stuffs. It is up to you.
As a plan holder and you cannot pay your plan anymore, inform the office and find someone in your age range that can buy your policy. THE NEW HOLDER will only pay the succeeding months/ years that YOU - THE ORIGINAL plan holder is not able to pay.
As long as you are working, still feeling strong and youthful. I suggest secure your health plan NOW. Do not wait for the grass to grow and the roots to stretch out. By the time comes, you will check your wallet and see your digits are low and no means to pay for your medical bills. You will cry for despair.
Health care plan now than material things.
That is what I've learn based on my grandmothers' plights. Both of then don't have any health care plan. They both grew older, retire, got sick and died. Both of them depended on their kids and grand kids for money.
So I made a decision that I will not grow old like that. It is my life. It is my health care plan. I will not beg for others to help me pay my medical bills in the future.
A piece of advice, as long as you are young, especially single people, secure a health care plan. The advantage is while you are young the plan/ payment is lower to compare to those who are having their health care plan a bit late, The policy is a bit higher.
