Views from Hunger Games: Catching Fire

My friend and I watched Catching Fire 1 week before we watched Frozen together. I prefer the second movie than the first movie. 

From my own perspective, the movie brought to life the current issues this world is having right now. Socio-political arrests, rise of rebellions, hunger crisis and depletion of values are some of the issues I have seen so far in the movie. 

Symbol for rebellion- mocking jay 

 

This pin serves as hope and a sign of rebellion in the said film. Jennifer Lawrence's character is the symbol for the democracy which the nation is longing for. 

The film show cases if the leadership is not for the people's best interest it will fail. In order for the society to strive and prosper, the leader of the nation should establish equality among its' people. 

Respect for life is a first law. Humans are not toys to ditch and restore whenever you want. 

In times of great desperation, friends and family could keep you safe and help you find the right path. Trust is essential in gaining friends and uniting people from all walks of life in achieving a single purpose for peace and freedom. 

Symbol is used to give society a hope and have faith with their beliefs. 

Whenever socio-political adjustment is concerned, it should start in us. Our decisions lead to actions, actions lead to change which we want for our future and the world we live in.
